The interactive tools help you to understand your symptoms, prepare for appointments and understand the care your healthcare team can provide.
What is meno.pause?
Free. Shaped by women. Informed by clinicians. Built for you.
What will it include?
Library
A library of reliable information covering the full spectrum of menopause — from perimenopause in your late 30s to surgical menopause and menopause after cancer treatment. No one-size-fits-all advice. Content that actually reflects your experience.
Tools
Interactive tools to understand your symptoms, prepare for appointments and understand how your healthcare professionals can help you — so you can describe what you’re experiencing clearly, know what to ask for, and leave with the support you came for.
Who is it for?
MENO.pause is for every woman navigating menopause — whether it arrived gradually, suddenly, or as a result of cancer treatment, surgery or other medical reason. Whether you’ve just started Googling your symptoms or you’ve been managing this for years.
If you’ve ever felt dismissed, confused, or like the information out there wasn’t written for you — this is for you. That includes women navigating menopause after cancer treatment, where the options look different, resources can be harder to find, and you deserve the same quality of support as everyone else.
Who’s building it?
Clinical experts
The content for meno.pause is developed by the same specialist team at University College London NHS Trust who developed the meno.pause for Clinicians tool, led by Dr Shibani Nicum, Associate Professor in Medical Oncology and Honorary Consultant Oncologist.
Clinibee
The platform is powered by Clinibee, a health-tech company dedicated to building high-quality clinical tools for healthcare providers.
