But first, how does QGenome work?
QGenome has been designed to ensure consistency of clinical content, with the ability for GMSA’s to apply local variation where necessary. For example, test request forms, some local processes and the location of specialist centres will vary.
Each GMSA will also want to control the timing of when clinical content is distributed within its region. For example, a GMSA might choose to roll out cancer pathways, followed a few months later by renal ones. Thus ensuring a smooth roll out across a region.
The platform is designed to allow for these scenarios, whilst keeping clinical content consistent across a region. The way this works is via a subscription model, outlined below.
The subscription model works as follows. A cross section of clinical staff from the GMSA’s work on the South East GMSA library within Clinibee. This content is then subscribed to by the remaining GMSA’s. This allows each GMSA to control what content is subscribed to within their library. They can also apply local variation, where necessary.
Clinicians can use the device of their choice on Web, iOS or Android. Using QGenome they choose their GMSA, which makes the GMSA specific content available to the clinician. They can then work through pathways and refer patients using the outputs of QGenome.
Onboarding Overview
Implementing QGenome will be transformational for your GMSA and to ensure maximum benefit we have built a manageable process that has a workflow with well-defined states and outcomes that you can reliably anticipate and measure at each step.
Onboarding is done in six simple steps. The process typically takes 4-6 weeks. These steps will build confidence in the platform, generates momentum across the GMSA and allow stakeholders to see the benefits in the real world.
For all the steps, the Clinibee team will take the lead, guiding you through the entire process.

Step 1
Kick Off
Duration: 1 day
Step 1 is all about determining the core team, how they will communicate and uncovering any local GMSA priorities. This is done via a 1-2 hour kick off meeting.
At this meeting the Clinibee team will provide an overview of the library and outline how the subscription process works. We agree the core team who handle day to day decisions, and the oversight team who provide sign off. We will determine the content that will be initially loaded into the GMSA library. Lastly, we agree a provisional Go Live date.
Step 2
Account Setup
Duration: 1 week
Following step 1, the Clinibee team will setup the individual GMSA account and invite all the core team as members. We will configure the subscription and subscribe to any agreed clinical content. This will be added to the drafting area, ready for the core team to review.
The Clinibee team will also setup any default features within the library ready for review by the core team.
At the end of this process, we will arrange a training session for the core team. At this session we will go through all the features of the Clinibee platform and there is time for the team to ask questions.
Step 3
Apply Local Variation
Duration: 2 weeks
The core team now have access to their library, content has been added and they are aware of the features available to them. At this point, the team can start to apply their local variations to the content. The Clinibee team will be on hand to support the team as they go through this process.
When ready, the team publish content in preparation for Go Live.
Please note, no clinical content is available to end users via QGenome at this stage. Only the core team have access.
Step 4
Sign Off
Duration: 1 day
The core team have now published all the initial clinical content and the library is ready. The oversight team now give their sign off and a Go Live date is agreed with the Clinibee team.
The library is now effectively ready for clinical use across the region.
Step 5
Marketing
Duration: 2 weeks
We now have a library of published clinical content and the GMSA library is ready for use. To ensure maximum impact across the GMSA region we will guide the core team through a marketing effort to ensure clinicians are aware of the imminent Go Live.
We have a set of marketing materials that can be used for this purpose. This material can be adjusted for the region.
To ensure we reach the right people, we work with the core team to identify:
The clinicians we need to reach
The right marketing channels
We will then build a marketing campaign with the team to build momentum ahead of the agreed Go Live date.
Step 6
Go Live
Duration: 1 day
The library is ready for use, we have sign off and a marketing campaign has run to build momentum. Clinicians will have registered on QGenome and requested to follow the GMSA library. Everything is ready for Go Live.
On the day, we turn on access to the library for everyone who has requested access and open up the library so that it is available for use across the GMSA.
The library now moves into production mode. Changes can be made, additional content can be subscribed to and rolled out across the GMSA. Clinicians will receive this content, in real time, via the QGenome Web, iOS or Android apps.
You are now live. Congratulations!
